Here are some stuff and things you will need and to do when you are having a party/celebration for your dog.
To do list:
Start off with a checklist. If it's a smaller dog, invite smaller dogs, bigger dogs, invite bigger dogs. Make sure they are your friends and they have dogs, and are not allergic or scared. Then make invites, OR send them an e-mail about it.
A good date and time requires thought. Look in the diary/planner. Try doing it on your dogs b-day or a day after or before. Then think about the time. You wouldnt want it early in the morning at like 7 or 8. You wouldn't want it at night since their dogs and at parks at night wouldn't be the best thing. Afternoons are busy too. I'd say around lunchtime at about 10 or 11.
You will need:
First do you want a cake for your dogs birthday? Yep! Ok so first you can make a mini cake for the dogs with dog stuff in it, and a cake for the humans, and dogs. But look it up and see what stuff their allowed and not, cause you don't want them getting sick!
A park nearby. Look up your city and see what parks you could go too. Maybe a quiet one would be good. If its got no playground but a BIG oval and stuff it'd be good for everyone including kids. Since people go to playgrounds alot, I wouldn't reccomend a playground. If its just a mini one, maybe.
Toys! You will need toys to keep the dogs entertained - like squeeky ones, animal ones, ropes ect; - don't have a toy? Go to the receipe box and there will be a few things you could make!
Thats all you'll pretty much need! Keep the party going!
So get ready to pump your next B-DAY!
Here are some suggestions for parties.
Turning 1 or 2.
Invites: I think you should invite ALOT of friends and make the most of it since it's only the first couple o birthdays
Theme: Have a dog-bday theme which means a doggy theme!
Park: I'd suggest a HUGE park with an oval since the dogs are still half puppies.
Turning 3-6
Invites: Now this time invite close friends you know since it's not BIG parties. I'd say around 4-5 now.
Theme: You can have a wild theme! Such as huge spaces to let them run in and a theme such as heaps of play areas for pups!
Park: A HUGE park even know the dogs still not a puppy, it needs the time to run.
Turning 6-10
Invites: Only invite a couple of friends such as 1 or 2. Best to keep it quiet for this.
Theme: Try making an animal theme. At this time, dogs are getting older so you can even invite cats if they are well trained!
Park: This time a quieter park. Such as a smaller park and not so big oval since they are getting old and dont need the time to run around.
Turning 10+
Invites: They are getting old. Still invite 1-2 people or if they are old and can't be bothered doing anything don't bother to have a party
Theme: Just a quiet theme would be nice
Park: A small park thats quiet. They don't need the run around wild time anymore!
Hope I helped!
